Description of problem:
The label `operators.operatorframework.io.bundle.package.v1` on the TALM operator bundle has an incorrect name. For the latest version in all releases, it is `cluster-group-upgrades-operator`. Previously, it was `topology-aware-lifecycle-manager`.
