The default node selector of node configuration in NNCP form is confusing, save with default values does not check the 2nd option.

    1. Go to Networking -> NodeNetworkConfigurationPolicy
    2. Create from Form
    3. Select "Apply to specific subsets of Nodes using the Nodes selector" in Node configuration
    4. There is a default selector "node-role.kubernetes.io/worker"
    5. Don't change anything and save     

    the "Apply to specific subsets of Nodes using the Nodes selector" is not checked

    the option is checked with default node selector
