Description of problem:

The documentation mentions that oc-mirror --v1 is deprecated and recommends using the oc-mirror --v2 version, but the same document still provides step-by-step instructions for mirroring images using oc-mirror --v1. This creates confusion for users.

Actual results:

Mirroring images using oc mirror --v1 when tried with 4.21 version will fail in disconnected installation. From 4.21, the disconnected cluster has to be brought up using oc mirror --v2.
