Kernel Panic, not syncing

      Description of problem:

      At RHCOS load, there is a kernel panic. I suspect it may have something to do with the built in wifi based on some of the screen shots I was able to capture. I am unable to disable the wifi via the BIOS to test further. I have used this box successfully with OCP 4.5,4.6,4.7, 4.9, and 4.10. When I try to upgrade to 4.11z or fresh install 4.12.z OR 4.13-ec3 I receive this kernel panic. This has been using iso's created by the assisted installer.
      
      I am using bare metal NUC style boxes. A minisforum U850.

      How reproducible:

      100% every time.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. On U850 minisforum hardware
      2. Upgrade from 4.10 to 4.11z OR fresh install 4.11/4.12/4.13
      3. RHCOS fails to boot from upgrade or from fresh install
      

      Actual results:

      Kernel Panic'd system. Keyboard will not work, cannot grab coredump.

      Expected results:

      An upgraded 4.11 system or working fresh install.

      Additional info:

      Any install of 4.10 and below works fine
