Subscrption details page renders a kebab button instead of Actions button

    1. Make sure a Subscription exists on the cluster. Otherwise, install any operator to create one.
    2. Navigate to Home -> search page, and search for the Subscriptions (operators.coreos.com/v1alpha1)
    3. Click and enter into th Subscription details page
    4. Check the Action button on the page

    Compare with the same behavior on the Operator details -> Subscription Tab, this part should be updated
