      Description of problem:

      There is wrong version shown when installing the gitops on MicroShift 4.20 [1]

      ```
      $ sudo subscription-manager repos --enable=gitops-1.16-for-rhel-9-$(uname -m)-rpms
      ```

      It shows to enable the 1.16 repo, where that version is no longer supported. The latest supported is 1.18 version [2].

      Please update it to the latest version. Also, there is wrong MicroShift version as well.

      ```
      Prerequisites
      -- You installed MicroShift version 4.16 or later.  <<<<<<<
      -- You configured 250MB RAM of additional storage.
      ```
