Description of problem:
Metrics are still showing T-BC after deleting all ptpconfigs and applying T-GM ptpconfigs.
I deleted the T-BC ptpconfigs and updated to T-GM ptpconfigs. Metrics still showed T-BC until linuxptp-daemon was restarted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure node with T-BC ptpconfig
2. Delete all ptpconfigs
3. Apply T-GM ptp-config
4. Observe metrics
Actual results:
Metrics show both T-BC and T-GM metrics
Expected results:
Metrics only show metrics for applied config
