Description of problem:
When we use the following cmd to inspect IO, there would be an error about.
secrets "support" not found` being raised, but the `support` secret has already outdated, so that's not suitable to notify this kind of situation as an error level.
oc adm inspect clusteroperator/insights
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
How reproducible:
Every cluster that doesn't have a support secret.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch a cluster without an existing support secret.
2. Execute cmd `oc adm inspect clusteroperator/insights`
3. Inspect the output from athe bove cmd.
Actual results:
3. The cmd printed the following info, and it notified the `support` secret not found error as an error level info.
Gathering data for ns/openshift-insights... Warning: apps.openshift.io/v1 DeploymentConfig is deprecated in v4.14+, unavailable in v4.10000+ Warning: v1 Endpoints is deprecated in v1.33+; use discovery.k8s.io/v1 EndpointSlice Wrote inspect data to inspect.local.4292457593727046413. error: inspection completed with the errors occurred while gathering data: skipping gathering secrets/support due to error: secrets "support" not found
Expected results:
3. Maybe we can remove this kind of notification because the support secret is outdated, or change it to be notified at the INFO/WARN level.
