      The machine-config-operator Service and ServiceMonitor resources in the openshift-machine-config-operator namespace are stale and need to be removed from clusters during upgrade. These resources were previously used for operator metrics collection but are no longer needed because https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/pull/5498/ moved these metrics to the controller.
