Configuring br-ex doc needs clarification around built-in configuration for the OVS bridge

      Description of problem:

      I think the docs here are pretty confusing in the way they reference the internal implementation detail of the configure-ovs.sh as if it were a user-selectable feature on par with e.g. creating MachineConfigs.It
 would be way more obvious to say that you can use the built-in 
configuration for the OVS bridge with <list of limitations>, or 
you can specify your own in NMState format using these MachineConfigs.
