This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-74280. The following is the description of the original issue:

openshift-copy-to-node- ns is collected as a platform namespace currently but contains random characters. This leads to constantly changing test names which can not be evaluated over time and leads to unbounded test name growth.

The namespace appears to be coming from periodic-ci-openshift-machine-config-operator-release-4.22-periodics-e2e-aws-mco-disruptive jobs

For the test framework we will look to filter out the namespace
