      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-74141. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      MicroShift SRIOV package does not install Multus as a dependency. In almost every practical situation there is a need to install multus alongside the sriov network operator, as it creates resources for multus (like network attachment definitions).
