      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-62484. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      Unit tests for gcp-filestore-csi-driver were failing due to missing GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS env. Unit tests should mock things and not call servers.
