Description of problem:

Direct authentication with an external IDP went GA with 4.20.5. There is a note of this in the z-stream release notes. However, the tech preview tables still list it as tech preview here: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.20/html-single/release_notes/index#ocp-release-notes-auth-tech-preview_release-notes

Expected results:

It should be listed as GA in that table, with a note that it became GA with 4.20.5.
