Description of problem:
When trying to install the CIFS/SMB CSI Operator on a RHOCP cluster where the Nutanix CSI Operator is already in use, the following error shows up: --- Namespace does not support installation mode The OperatorGroup in the openshift-cluster-csi-drivers Namespace does not support the global installation mode. Select a different installation Namespace that supports this mode. ---

How reproducible:
Easily reproducible on any platform.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the Nutanix CSI Operator following the recommendation.
2. Verify the openshift-cluster-csi-drivers OperatorGroup has successfully been created by the Nutanix Operator.
3. Try to install the CIFS/SMB CSI Operator on the recommended Namespace openshift-cluster-csi-drivers
Actual results:
Installation stuck with the following error:
Namespace does not support installation mode
The OperatorGroup in the openshift-cluster-csi-drivers Namespace does not support the global installation mode. Select a different installation Namespace that supports this mode.
Expected results:
CIFS/SMB CSI Operator Succesfully installed on the recommended namespace.
Additional info:
It is possible to install the CIFS/SM CSI Operator on a custom Namespace, but the procedure is not supported by Red Hat according to our Documentation.
