Description of problem:
Description of problem: When downloading the oc binary from downloads-openshift-console.apps.cluster.domain.tld/amd64/linux/oc.tar the binary version doesn't matches the server version. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.4.13 4.5.2 4.5.3 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install any release of OpenShift 2. Download the binary using the route https://downloads-openshift-console.apps.cluster.domain.tld/amd64/linux/oc.tar 3. Untar the file oc.tar 4. Run ./oc version Actual results: The version mismatch with the one in the server. Expected results: The binary should match the server. Additional info: There's no pattern that I can say. The versions just differ. In some case, like OpenShift 4.5.2 the binary is for 4.6.0, which is not even released. Some public URLs for test: - https://downloads-openshift-console.apps.sgarcia-ocp452.aws.gmbros.net/amd64/linux/oc.tar -> Server is 4.5.2 and binary is 4.6.0 - https://downloads-openshift-console.apps.sgarcia-ocp4412.aws.gmbros.net/amd64/linux/oc.tar -> Server is 4.4.12 and binary is 4.4.0 Some non-public URLs for test: - https://downloads-openshift-console.apps.sharedocp4upi45.lab.upshift.rdu2.redhat.com/amd64/linux/oc.tar -> Server is 4.5.3 and binary is 4.5.0 - https://downloads-openshift-console.apps.sharedocp4upi45.lab.upshift.rdu2.redhat.com/amd64/linux/oc.tar -> Server is 4.4.13 and binary is 4.4.0
