      Description of problem:

      After rebooting a node, this error is printed repeatedly in the kubelet log.
      
      4898 kubelet_volumes.go:245] "There were many similar errors. Turn up verbosity to see them." err="orphaned pod \"17f47308-7dd4-44e2-ab79-b22379eb04de\" found, but error not a directory occurred when trying to remove the volumes dir" numErrs=17

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1) create a pod with a pvc attached
      2) restart node
      3) delete the pod
      4) check kubelet log
