When logged in as kubeadmin on a multicluster-enabled console, logout doesn't work as expected.

Always

1. In a multicluster console, log into local-cluster and at least one managed cluster as kubeadmin
2. In the user dropdown, select logout
3. Click the link to log back in on the resulting logout page

User is still logged in as kubeadmin and can access the clusters they have authenticated to as kubeadmin

User should be redirected back to the login page when they try to access the console
