      More details required in the PTP overview image.

      Description of problem:

      The difference between the 4.10 and 4.11 documentation for the PTP notification feature is causing confusion.

Suggestion:
1. Add step identifiers to the image
2. Elaborate on the "DU application receives the PTP event notification" step. What is happening here?
