Handle event messages generated when UI is active

    Description

      When the UI is active in the console events messages that are generated will distort the interface and make it difficult for the user to view the configuration and select options. An example is shown in the attached screenshot.

          • Normal - To be worked after urgent and high priorities are resolved. This term is chosen when the severity of an issue is relatively close to the level of effort to fix it. The existence of an easily implemented workaround can also lead to this priority level instead of a higher priority.
