Description of problem:

    Recently the widget for selecting the external platform has been completely removed (see https://github.com/openshift-assisted/assisted-installer-ui/pull/3318), making thus impossible for the end user to deploy a cluster on platform none.It'd be necessary to add it back to allow selecting only platform none (as currently only baremetal/none platform are supported by OVE)
