    The two related PR has been merged for a while, but TSSC templates still not shown on Quickstarts, needs to check the reason

    the two templates trusted-artifact-signer-getting-started and trusted-profile-analyzer-getting-started still not shown on UI, still need to manual import the templates

Expected results:

    The two templates should be shown automatically
