[Multi-cluster] API server and Dyanmic plugins info for managed clusters in About modal is wrong

      Description of problem:

      viewing managed cluster API server and Dyanmic plugins info in About modal, it is showing hub cluster API server and Dyanmic plugins info instead

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13.0-0.nightly-2023-02-07-064924

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable multi cluster feature on Hub cluster
2. Import some clusters as managed clusters
3. Switch to managed cluster and open About modal

      Actual results:

      3. in About modal, some fields are updated with correct value based on selected managed cluster such as OpenShift version, Channel, Cluster ID

while for other fields, such as API server and Dynamic plugins, we are still display the values from Hub cluster

      Expected results:

      3. console should show correct info based on managed cluster selected
