In support of the rebase onto kube 1.26 for OCP v4.13, while bumping the origin repo, the following tests fail:

• [sig-network] LoadBalancers should be able to preserve UDP traffic when server pod cycles for a LoadBalancer service on different nodes [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] [Suite:k8s]

• [sig-network] LoadBalancers should be able to preserve UDP traffic when server pod cycles for a LoadBalancer service on the same nodes [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] [Suite:k8s]
  

The cause of the failure appears to be:

Error syncing load balancer: failed to ensure load balancer: Protocol UDP not supported by LoadBalancer

Notes:

• These tests are new in 1.26 https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/113650 .
• It is possible that these tests are not valid for certain variants, if so which variants?
