In 4.19 OCP UI switched to Unified View in the Console. With this change Helm moved from developer view as well, however the documentation was not updated to reflect this.
In 4.21 it will be moving under the Ecosystem( CONSOLE-4869 ) and some additional changes will be needed in the docs.

Since I believe we will have some more changes coming to Helm in 4.22, I suggest for 4.21 scope - let’s not do big changes, but clarify that the Developer View was merged with the Admin View. Add a note to Helm section about this + release note. If possible, also modify the wording from Developer View to the new unified view - it is not much maybe 5-7 places.
