      Description of problem:

      The createrepo command is no longer part of yum-utils.  You need to install createrepo with yum-utils in section 2.2 step 2 - also relates to step 5 as that command will fail with current documentation.

      1.Install yum-utils on RHEL 8.7
2.Try and run createrepo 
3.

      Actual results:

      Command not found

      Expected results:

      Command should execute if createrepo rpm is also installed
