Syncrepo Command Incorrect

Description of problem:

The command in section 2.2 of documentation step 3 does not work correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Run the command

3.

Actual results: Creates a 'REPO_PATH=' in the current directory where command is run and then syncs into that path.

Expected results:

The download path in that command should just have a path /var/repos/microshift-local
