This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-60426. The following is the description of the original issue:

Description of problem:
When the user create application through container image form using internal registry, and on editing the application image stream field auto fill with wrong value which is equal to the runtime icon name.

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to container image form
2. Select the image stream tag from internal registry
3. select openshift project, golang image stream and latest tag
4. select 3scale as runtime icon
5. Click on create
6. Right click on create application node and select Edit <application name> option
7.
Actual results:
Image stream field auto filled with wrong value '3scale'
Expected results:
Image stream field should auto filled with correct value 'golang'
