This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-67224. The following is the description of the original issue:
—
Description of problem:
kube-apiserver pods are in a crash loop with Portieris enabled, because the portieris container's file system is read-only, but Portieris expects a specific path to be writeable.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.20, 4.21
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a 4.20 HostedCluster with Portieris enabled
Actual results:
kube-apiserver pods in CrashLoopBackOff
Expected results:
kube-apiserver pods, and their portieris containers in particular, are working correctly
Additional info:
Portieris expects a writeable directory at ./.trust/. That's at /run/.trust/ in the portieris container.
