Installation of aws-loadbalancer-operator from OperatorHub fails

      Description of problem:

      Customer tried to install the aws-loadbalancer-operator from OperatorHub in ROSA cluster 4.12.0, but it fails always with error message below:
      
      "bundle unpacking failed. Reason: DeadlineExceeded, and Message: Job was active longer than specified deadline"

       

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      0.2.0

       

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create IAM policy and role. cs-d1-rosa-01-nlb-policy, cs-d1-rosa-01-nlb-role.
      2. Create "aws-load-balancer-operator" project for this operator.
      3. Create secret and serviceaccount.
      4. Install Operator and fail.  

       

      Actual results:

      "bundle unpacking failed. Reason: DeadlineExceeded, and Message: Job was active longer than specified deadline"

       

      Expected results:

      Operator installed

       

      Additional info:

      There is no clear info in OperatorHub that the operator is a Tech Preview operator. There is no repository, no contact info and also the "Support" of the operator only shows "N/A"
