kernelType: realtime should be happy if custom image already has it

    Description

      Description of problem:

      As a user wanting to test a modified/updated kernel-rt package on a node or set of nodes, if I build a bootable container image which has that package installed already and then use the osImageURL override to provide it, the MCO currently errors out if other (previously provided) machineconfig sets `kernelType: realtime`.

The MCD should just be happy with this situation.
