Description of problem:
The console oauth login page is showing the okd branding, instead of the openshift branding.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v4.22.0-0.nightly-2025-12-18-234253
How reproducible:
Try to login into openshift, on the login landing page you will notice the difference.
Steps to Reproduce:
Simply login to openshift
Actual results:

Please see the screenshot in: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yx2WNNiioYBAaIYZyep6QD9b7gywq5nZ?usp=sharing From the cluster's config `v4-0-config-system-ocp-branding-template` in the openshift-authentication namespace, we can see the data of the template page is saved there. After decode it and render it in the browser, we can see that the page is in correct Red Hat Openshift styling. Note: this page issue is not being managed by the console engineering team.
