This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-63159. The following is the description of the original issue:

In OpenShift UI, even after selecting specific project in Home> Events, it shows events for old + new projects selected by the project toggle

Example: I selected project `zenithsu` first then selected project `Inosuke` but both project events are seen.

Same issues is seen for openshift-* , Kube-* projects
