We (re)introduced NetworkPolicies for LSO in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/STOR-2550 for 4.21, but then the plan for OLM-managed operators changed:

From that doc:
> we have decided to postpone the rollout of NetworkPolicies for OLM-managed operators to July 2026. Until then, Konflux will continue to block the release of OLM operator bundles that contain a NetworkPolicy manifest

LSO is the only OCP storage operator which:
1) is delivered as an OLM bundle
2) includes NetworkPolicy manifests in the bundle

As such, we need to revert the LSO changes that include NP manifests from 4.21 to avoid konflux blocking release of LSO.
