      Resource type drop-down menu item 'Last used' is in English

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to kube:admin -> User Preferences -> Applications
2. Click on Resource type dorp-down

      Actual results:

      Content is in English

      Expected results:

      Content should be in target language
