Description of problem:

    Kernel panic when using vrf and srv6 instrumented with FRR in RHCOS

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

    4.19.z-4.20.z

How reproducible:

    Always

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Run the attached script to generate the namespaces and interfaces.
    2. Start frr with the provided configurations.
    3. Crash will happen immediately.

Actual results:

    Kernel panic

Expected results:

    FRR is running and OS is not crashed.
