Description of problem:
Upgrading the nodepool from a hosted cluster (OCP HCP) 4.17 to 4.18 results in crun as the default runtime.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP 4.17.45
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a hosted cluster with any 4.17 release like 4.17.45
2. upgrade hosted cluster to 4.18.30
3. validate on any worker node that runtime is still runc
4. upgrade nodepool to 4.18.30
5. validate that new worker running with crun
Actual results:
sh-5.1# grep -r crun /etc/crio/crio.conf.d/00-default
default_runtime = "crun"
[crio.runtime.runtimes.crun]
runtime_root = "/run/crun"
Expected results:
default_runtime should stay to runc as this is an upexpected change
