The web console UI should not display misleading required input box like Role ARN for ZTWIM operator install in STS mode clusters, like AWS STS, ROSA HCP, GCP workload identity.

Can be reproduced every time in STS-mode clusters.

    0. Create a AWS STS cluster or ROSA HCP cluster
    1. Navigate to Software Catalog Web console page Install the operator 
    2. Search ZTWIM and install the operator from web console
    3. Users can not finish installation unless input a "Role ARN". But the value won't be processed by the operator code.

Installation stuck unless user provide a Role ARN

Installation should succeed without providing a Role ARN
