      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-63045. The following is the description of the original issue:

      The following test was seen flaking in a few jobs in the 1.34 rebase PR:

      [sig-node] [Serial] Pod InPlace Resize Container (deferred-resizes) [FeatureGate:InPlacePodVerticalScaling]

      The test will be skipped in order to unblock the rebase. Please unskip it it in openshift-hack/cmd/k8s-tests-ext/disabled_tests.go once the flake is fixed.
