    Description

      Description of problem:

      Stale artifacts are leftover in the stage WMCO bundle image
Specifically the WICD RoleBinding and ClusterRoleBinding was present in the 7.0.0 bundle when it shouldn't have been. This should be fixed as it blocks the 7.0.1 release.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Kick off build pipeline
2. Allow render_templates to run successfully
3. Inspect image contents -- stale resources that have been deleted from upstream (github) will exist

      Actual results:

      stale resources are *not* deleted when copying over new artifacts to new builds

      Expected results:

      stale resources are deleted when copying over new artifacts to new builds
