      Description of problem:

Customer is reporting that on the "Observe" -> "Logs" view in the OpenShift Container Platform Web Console, when they open a dropdown for any of the fields and then click away (not on the dropdown itself or the dropdown box), then the dropdown stays open.

There is a video of this behaviour in Support Case 04329902.

This is an annoying behaviour, as the workaround is to go back to the dropdown box and click it again to close the dropdown.

The expectation is that the dropdown is closed when the user clicks outside the dropdown.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OpenShift Container Platform 4.18.28
      OpenShift Logging 6.3

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to "Observe", "Logs"
      2. In this view, click on any dropdown to open the dropdown
      3. Select one of the options
      4. Click outside the dropdown

      Actual results:

      The dropdown stays open

      Expected results:

Upon clicking outside the dropdown, the dropdown closes
