Description of problem:

Update https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/networking/hardware_networks/using-pod-level-bonding.html#nw-sriov-cfg-creating-pod-using-interface_using-pod-level-bonding and remove the ifname attribute

In 4.11 and 4.12 remove also from the section here https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/networking/hardware_networks/configuring-interface-sysctl-sriov-device.html#configuri[…]ov-device - remove in step 3 here too
