Need update path for browsing catalogs and operators in quickstarts.

      Description of problem:

      Catalogs and operators are now in 'Ecosystem'->'Software catalog', installed operators now is under 'Ecosystem'->'Installed operators'. These paths need update in quickstarts steps.
