Looks like this was already resolved, someone must have been doing some debugging?

  v1/Pod/default/<node>-debug-4s88m/container/container-00 does not have a memory request (rule: "v1/Pod/default/<node>-debug-4s88m/container/container-00/request[memory]")

Unfortunately no indication of who it was. However it looks like it may have been addressed.
