Description of problem:

 nfd operator pod is failing with ImagePullBackOff due to csv update from 4.20 to 4.21

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

K8s Version: v1.34.1
CoreOS: 9.6.20251112-0
OCP Build Version: 4.21.0-ec.3
NFD CSV 4.21.0-202511301419

How reproducible: Always

    Always

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. OCP cluster should be up and running
    2. Install NFD operator with art-fbc catalog

Actual results:

nfd pod fails to come up.

It was working in 4.21.0-ec.3 build with NFD CSV 4.20.
