Description of problem:
yum update is failing in fio pod because ftp server connection fails in openshift-local-storage project
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: Always
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. OCP cluster should be up and running
2. Install LSO operator
3. deploy fio pod for stress test
4. ssh to fio pod and run yum update
Actual results:
yum update Updating Subscription Management repositories. Unable to read consumer identity This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register. RHEL [ === ] --- B/s | 0 B --:-- ETA
Expected results:
yum update command should work and install required updates
Additional info:
1. Issue is not observed if we create fio pod in different project. Its better to create workload in different project but want to understand why this decision is made now and it was not done before.
2. It was working in 4.21.0-ec.2 build. Please help us understand what made this change which might affect customer who tends to create workload in the same project post LSO install.
