Description of problem:
Oauth tokenConfig accessTokenInactivityTimeout causing Unauthorized error while capturing must-gather.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set `oauth.spec.tokenConfig.accessTokenInactivityTimeout: 300s` 2. Run `$ oc adm must-gather` 3. If must-gather run more that 5 mins, its gives the following error: ....<snipped>....
