Quick Starts displays "{{count, number}} item" instead of "20 items"

      Fixed incorrect Quick Starts item count in search results

      The Quick Starts search interface now displays the correct total number of available Quick Starts. Previously, the count shown in the "View all quick starts" link was incorrect.

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-65797. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Description of problem:  The Quick Starts page displays "count, number item" instead of "# items" in the upper right.  This is the result of an upstream bug that was fixed, but the fix cannot be picked up until we are ready to upgrade PatternFly to >= 6.4.x.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.  Visit /quickstart
    2.  Note "{{count, number}} item" in the upper right
