Description of problem:

  After a period of use, the OCP console screen goes blank. We're getting a lot of feedback in the Developer Sandbox of users running into this issue

    4.20.3

How reproducible:

Keep webconsole open in your browser for several hours.

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Open webconsole
    2. Return 24 h later
    3. Can be fixed by clearing cookies in browser or opening in incognito mode

Actual results:

    no screen :(

Expected results:

    seeing the console.
