When running our normal benchmarks we noticed some of the builds were failing. We see :

Which when we inspected the broken build we noted there were two missing Secrets :
      LANG:                         C.utf8
      PUSH_DOCKERCFG_PATH:          /var/run/secrets/openshift.io/push
      PULL_DOCKERCFG_PATH:          /var/run/secrets/openshift.io/pull

    100%

    1. Fresh install of 4.20 or 4.21
    2. run kube-burner-ocp with : ./kube-burner-ocp cluster-density-v2 --iterations 90  --gc=false --churn=false     
    

    Some builds (not all) will be stuck in Failed state.

    Builds to succeed.

    This regression was missed due to a tooling issue. It isn't clear when this issue manifested.
